My approach to weight loss is simple and there are no crazy calorie-restrictive diets or eliminating entire food groups.
I only ask that the changes we make are ones that we can stick to for the long haul.
Anyone can go on a diet and lose a fast 5 to 10 pounds, but not everyone has the discipline to keep it off.
